ON SITE SERVICES

BSC Engineering Services offer a comprehensive engineering and refurbishment facility.

Our services include a fully equipped fitting shop and a machining workshop that specialises in

manufacturing individual or small batch components. These two facilities complement each other when

carrying out refurbishments, as most defective items can be re-machined or reverse engineered on a quick

turnaround basis keeping your downtime to a minimum.

Our engineers can visit your site to remove your defective piece of equipment and return it to site after

repair to reinstate. All site work will be covered by a full Risk Assessment and Method Statement prior

to work commencing and our engineers are fully trained to work in Confined Spaces, Working at Height,

Lifting Operations and operating overhead lifting equipment. Our Health & Safety Policy and Environmental

Policy are available upon request.

Our skills have been employed by industries including Water Utilities, Waste Disposal, Bio Gas, Aggregates,

Food Processing, Marine etc. for over 15 years. These services have ranged from manufacturing a simple

component, to a full pump installation including pipework, Pump and Motor Gearbox repairs, recommendation

and fitting of alternative power transmission drives, manufacturing and building machinery and all water

industry related equipment.
